1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Travel Connections (Pty) Ltd. By accessing or using our email signature manager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travel Connections (Pty) Ltd. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Travel Connections (Pty) Ltd provides an email signature management platform that allows users to:

• Create professional email signatures using pre-designed templates
• Customize signature content with personal and company information
• Export signatures in various formats (HTML, rich text)
• Manage multiple user signatures (for administrators)
• Track signature usage and activity (for administrators)

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Use a strong password and keep it confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others
• Log out from your account at the end of each session

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Travel Connections (Pty) Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Templates

All email signature templates provided through the Service are our property. You may use these templates to create your email signatures, but you may not redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of the templates themselves.

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (profile information, company details, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. User Content and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use any logos, trademarks, or other materials you include in your signatures.

We are not responsible for the content of user-generated signatures or any third-party links included in signatures.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any signatures, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

7.3 Email Client Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to ensure email signatures work across common email clients. However, due to variations in email client rendering, we cannot guarantee perfect appearance in all email clients and platforms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travel Connections (Pty) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the profile settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.
